Each document rounds up separately. A supplier pair counts the combined pages in its old and new price lists. The server checks real page counts before confirmation.

The full annual allowance is granted upfront and remains valid through the paid annual period.
Subscription credits are valid until the end of the paid billing period. Annual plans grant the annual amount in full. Top-up credits are valid for 365 days and keep their own expiry dates.
Cancel future renewals from membership settings. Your existing paid period continues until its end. Purchased top-up credits keep their original expiry.
Failed processing and documents marked for review have their processing credits returned. Successful documents in a partially completed batch remain charged. Check the results and credit history in your account.
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases, valid for 365 days. They add credits to your wallet without starting a membership or changing your subscription. Membership benefits, such as removing ads, come with an active membership.
