When you upload documents to the bank statement, supplier price list or invoice tools, the files are stored privately on our server so we can verify page counts and prepare a credit quote. Confirming processing sends the selected documents through Cloudflare AI Gateway to OpenAI to extract their contents. These tools can process financial and business information contained in your files.

Original files are accessible through your signed-in account for up to 24 hours and are removed by scheduled cleanup after that period. Extracted results, validation notes, task history and credit transactions remain associated with your account for review and export. Contact us using the details below to request deletion. Canceling a task stops further processing and returns reserved credits for unsuccessful work; it does not delete an already extracted result.
